Got tagged to do the ten songs thing?? This is just going to be a mash of songs that mean a lot to me and also songs that are just really catchy I guess. And whoops. My music taste is all over the place. Thank you thisexulansis for tagging me in this!
1. Planes Overhead by Josiah Leming---- this song is what really invested me into his music and he is such a great guy. Honestly one of my favorite performers and this is my favorite song of his.
2. Through the Dark by One Direction---- I love this band and how much these guys have grown. This song just makes me really emotional and it's so damn good. I cried when they performed it in concert, tbh.
3. Aquaman by Walk the Moon---- This song is about taking chances and it's so damn relaxing. Probably my favorite song of theirs that they've down. It just speaks to me on that level.
4. Voodoo Doll (Acoustic) by 5 Seconds of Summer---- Basically, the song that made me fall in love with the band. It has a special place in my heart and it's just really catchy.
5. Winter Dreams by Kelly Clarkson---- Okay, I know this is a Christmas song but I love it so much I listen to it all year. And it just puts me in the best moods, so you can't go wrong with that.
6. Black Parade by My Chemical Romance---- Basically what got me into punk rock music and opened a whole bunch of new musical doors. My music taste would be very different without this song.
7. You and I by One Direction---- This song just means a lot to me?? I cried at this song during their concert too. Something about this song just makes me feel complete. I don't know how else to describe it. (Sidenote: Niall is really attractive in the video. It does things to me.)
8. Black and Gold by Sam Sparro---- This is probably one of the few songs that I listen to just as much as when it came out. I just love it a lot in all honesty. It's so catchy.
9. Carrying the Banner from the Newsies soundtrack---- Okay, it's not the best showtune by any means but it's one of my favorites. I swear I listen to it almost every damn day. (And it's the one from the movie, not the Broadway show).
10. Beside You by 5 Seconds of Summer---- This song goes out to my cousin who passed away from cancer. We were best friends and I just think of him whenever I hear it.
