I told them I would be moving but I didn't have an exact date, because I don't know what I'm doing with my life. I just sent them an email--it wouldn't interrupt everything, but there would be times when I could not get into my apartment.

21. Pete/Peggy

21: Vacation

“How was California?” Stan asked,  when he heard the door opening. “Cool.” 

When he turned around to see her, a gasp instantly came out. “Wow! I can see you really liked.”

With Stan’s reaction, Ginsberg decided to take a look too and was flabbergasted.

“What, can’t I get a tan?”

“It’s just that people don’t usually get tanned in a business trip.” Stan replied. 

She knew this would happen. But how could she explain that after that presentation she decided to stay for a month and take a vacation in California? How could she explain that the attitude was more an influence of what happened one night when she decided to smoke pot with Pete, that happens to be their coworker, and things came out of control? 

How could she explain that she went to his apartment again after that night, and he begged that she stayed more days? She wanted to tell how the sunrise in the beach is beautiful, how the people there was so much more vibrant and warm, and that Pete learned a bit of that and she too? How could she explain that probably was the best summer she ever had?

The way was to keep all this to herself. It was their secret, anyway.

A: fandom you blog about the most 

Mad Men, maybe. Hannibal seems to be gaining ground. Is creepyshipping a fandom? Probably that. 

S: which ship do you have an infinite amount of songs for? 

Petyr/Sansa, though I'm not sure the songs actually fit. They're just stuff that I like to listen to while I'm writing them. 

H: a character that you love to hate? 

Walter White. I don't think I've ever hated a character more, but he's fascinating. 

L: a quote from one of your fandoms which you absolutely adore 

On the Breaking Bad kick, Mike's whole speech about half-measures. I don't know if this counts as a quote, but this is one of my favorite moments in the show. 

That or "clean hands Sansa" which has given me a lot of ammo over the years. 

E: a character you think you’re the most like? 

Peggy Olson. We even had the same roommate ads, basically. (I wish I was that strong, though).

Y: which of your favourite shows has the worst writing? 

I actually had to think about this for a while. Doctor Who.

To the Anon before me: Don't let those people bother you, those kind of people are the worst parts of any type of fandom. I started listening to Arctic Monkeys back in 2005. Now that they are getting more well known, I couldn't be HAPPIER. It shouldn't matter how long you've loved them, just that you love them. Don't let them get you down. :D

Yes! I'm still pissed we didn't learn more about Gray Matter, but really it was pretty solid.
