Sauna - 10 Minutes
CARDIO
3 Minutes at 3MPH --> 2 Minutes at 5MPH (Repeat x5)
5 Minute Cool Down
STRENGTH
50 Sit Ups
50 Prone Leg Extensions
50 Back Extensions
10 Push Ups
HOW I AM FEELING
I am proud of myself. I pushed myself through today. I had a lot of doubts and I feel a lot of anxiety about how I look especially while I am working out. I was going to do Zumba with my friend but I didn’t end up being able to make it to that so instead I did my regular workout. I am pushing myself and keeping myself accountable. It is hard to do it alone. I really wish I had a team to motivate me. Yet I am going to go. This is for me. Even if I am sad or overwhelmed with the process I will do it for me. I will do it.
