How I feel about this character: I LOVE HER A LOT, she’s so sweet and kind and i love that she’s also brave and strong and unafraid to kick ass. ;u; and she’s so accepting of everyone, like when scott shifted for her and she looked at him w/ wonder and not fear which he was used to, and even when she was having trouble accepting herself and what was happening to her. ALSO it’s really nice to see an asian american major character and who’s part of the lead romance (and a interracial one that doesn’t include a white person!! amazing!!!)

My non-romantic OTP for this character: tbh all of the same characters?? if i don’t like them non-romantically then i’m generally unable to ship them romantically lmao. also derek & kira!
My unpopular opinion about this character: idk tbh? i know there are people who don’t like her for… some……. reason………… but i think the fandom in general likes kira?? or if they don’t, i’ve thankfully avoided most of the bs. i do remember there was shit around 3b about how she’s an allison replacement even tho she was already a character when crystal had asked to leave so it’s bs, but i think that’s faded out a lot since then? maybe???
One thing I wish would happen / had happened with this character in canon: i want more exploration of her abilities! i’d say i’d want her mom to teach her more stuff, but i also feel like they’re going w/ a route of kira needing to learn and earn her abilities & tails, so i guess her mom teaching her how to do everything would be a bit moot. i do remember saying her at the end of s4 would be putting her on a new path for s5, which was probably this, so crossing fingers!!
