Quillan Holmes had been feeling unwell for a while. At first the family had passed it off as a mild bug or infection, given his paler than usual complexion, light fever and general fatigue. However as time went on, it showed no signs of going away, and if anything it just got worse, the small boy not even really feeling well enough to go to school, something unusual for a Holmes boy, given that they would usually fight tooth and nail to get out of the house. So they had taken him for some tests, and today they were to go back to find the results. However, due to father working, and mummy having to keep an eye on Sherlock who had began kicking up a fuss that morning, it left it to Mycroft to bring the small boy, who had almost fallen asleep on the short journey there. Obediently however, he followed his brother into the doctor's room, his young brain not quite understanding what he heard, although he was vaguely familiar with the term.
