Things have seemed so busy lately. I am working on numerous articles for Carvin' Out Our Corner and finishing up another e-book for my spiritual biz. Plus we are always looking for awesome things to highlight on our feeds and good excuses to go try them. So, today we bring you Señor Locos Tex Mex and Ice House in Carrollton, Tx. 🚎 The food was pretty good and the atmosphere laid back, and fun. But, what really made the difference for us was the owner. He came to our table and asked about our experience and after honey bunny asked how long they have been in business, he welcomed us with a free order of sopapillas, and gave us a quick tour of the restaurant and its banquet room, even though they were very busy. 🚎 The food is a Tex-Mex mix but we found it to be a bit more authentic and very tasty. We would recommend this restaurant for anyone that has a chance to stop in.
