tbh it sounds like she didn’t want to give you hours and then made up some excuse about what you are doing wrong :/ anyway, I really hope it works out for you!!
The fact that it actually took her several long moments of awkward silence followed by a ton of "uhhhh"s and "ummm"s leads me to believe this is more her having a problem with me and not the store or the customers having a problem with me. I definitely feel like if people disliked me as much as she's trying to make me believe, I would have been approached already or fired. She obviously had no intention of ever telling me there was a problem because I had to ask why I suddenly wasn't getting hours for two weeks straight. She was content to tell me yeah we have your school schedule and oh you're not on the schedule this week okay bye and I had to stop her and specifically ask why she took all my hours away.
