Today I went for a run (did I mention I went for a run 😆😆) ,made a Sunday dinner, tidied my workspace, helped the kids with their homework, made banana bread, talked to the dog ( a lot) , did 4 loads of washing, asked my daughter to teach my how to play the drums, cleaned my running shoes, danced a lot. Listed these new solid oak name plaques in my @etsy shop. I’m convinced all these things happened because I went for a run. I’m going to go for more runs because it also jet washes your brain.
