RUNNING • It’s good for for you - FACT. I have so let my running slip during the last 6 months . Not a great idea as now Is when we need our minds to be strongest. I seized the moment this morning and ran with Otto. Look his focus on that biscuit 🍪😆 Trying to keep your head above water I know is proving tricky for a lot of people right now . Stay strong, try and shoe in some time for yourself. I find this really difficult- we have two businesses running in our house , two lovely girls who keep us on our toes and who I am devoted to providing the best possible roots for and one very bouncy woofer. So yes it proves very difficult but take that time when you can get it and you will be a far better person for yourself and to all those around you.
