Nanami would confess his love to you at home. It wasn't planned. You were sitting across him in the kitchen. It was early morning, probably a Sunday so it was a lazy day, you're in his shirt eating breakfast that he made for you . His chin in his palm as he watches you eat and hum with every bite you take, making happy food sounds because it's so delicious. He doesn't realise he is staring so hard. You lift your head up at him. And he reaches over to remove a few crumbs on your cheek. You lean into his touch and a breathy "I love you" leaves his lips unprompted.
