EFFECTIVE STUDY HABITS
These are some important stuff to do to be effective in studying. I’m showing this mind map because this can/may help students is their study habits. When you study, do it in advance because if you study late your mind will be overloaded with some new stuff. Studying in advance will let your brain receive new information little by little. Study in a quiet place will keep you from being distracted. In a quiet place your mind can relax and you can focus on what your’e studying. If your’e motivated in studying will make studying fun and enjoyable for you. You will be eager to study more and make it as a part of your lifestyle. Rest will also help because too much actions that are caused by your body can create stress and it will greatly affect your studying habits. There are some Stress Busting Techniques in my first entry :D

To improve study habits, we can consider these following. We need to manage our time, environment/place matters, there should also be a complete notes, and food to keep your brain to work. And lastly is we need to keep in our minds to focus on learning not on grades.

Concentrate/Focus in study time in order to have an effective learning.
Have intervals per subject in order to be organized in studying.
Must have relaxing period before starting in studying another subject.
Must refrain from eating during study time in order not to be distracted.
Must eat well during meals in order to have enough energy while studying.
Must ask guidance and help from God before studying in order to have a positive mood in studying and help from God in understanding the things that have been studied. With these, the study habits will be improved and will be effective!
