This is a meme telling us to give more time to God/Jesus Christ. Lately this day we spent more times in our job, life , schools, and etc. we should use take a break and pray to God and thank him for giving us a wonderful life and everything that makes us happy.
All of us can do it, God gave us many hard challenge and put some trials that if we able to continue on having faith on him. So we must stay patient and continue in your faith on God and hoping we can overcome those hard challenges in our life

I am a student , you know I got a bad habit/behavior such as being a lazy type of person, getting nervous always when doing some reporting task & it cause me some stress, and I m lack of confidence. This stuff always distract me doing some good stuff and it will not bring me a better future. I suffer a lot because of this bad habit/behavior of mine. would you mind can you give me some good advices?

I too have that kind of behavior but don’t mind it because you are still a student and its normal for you to feel or to behave like that, all us do that. Dont worry its part of our life and that’s our challenge we need to accomplish and try to gather some courage to overcome that and dont worry if you failed its normal and its also mean you have some space for you to grow stronger. Just take your time and overcome you challenges. :D

Positive Actions to Help you Manage Emotions
There are a number of actions that you can take that will help you to manage your emotions. Many of them are very general, but try them because you may just find that they work.
Exercise: this releases reward and pleasure chemicals in the brain such as dopamine, which makes you feel better. Being fit also makes you healthier, which helps in managing emotions.
Be kind to others, because this helps stop you worrying about yourself.
Be open and accept what is going on around you. Learn to appreciate what is happening and avoid excessive criticism of others or of situations. This is linked to mindfulness, which is about being aware of what is going on in the moment.
It’s good to talk. Spend time with other people and enjoy their company.
Distract yourself. Yes, you really are that shallow. Watching a bit of TV, reading, or surfing the internet will probably help you forget that you were feeling a bit down.
Don’t give in to negative thinking. If you find yourself having negative thoughts, then challenge them by looking for evidence against them.
Spend time outside. Being in the fresh air, especially around nature, is very helpful for calming the emotions. There is evidence that we need to see horizons, so if you can go up a hill and look at the view then do.
Be grateful. Thank people in person for doing nice things for you, and remember it.
Play to your strengths. That often means doing things that you enjoy, but it also involves doing things that are good for you.
Notice the good things in your life. In old-fashioned terms, count your blessings.

Emotions are the most present, pressing and sometimes painful force in our lives. well there are many different ways to manage your emotion or maybe you find you own way to manage your emotions its up to you how you do it.

A leader is most important man to our society today, because they are the one guided us to the better future, they are the one who do all the hardwork, they are the who vow to lead us, they are the one who is brave or have enough courage to lead and protect us, they are the one take the responsibility to decide and accept its consequence for us, they the one who sacrifice their most of their time in their life for us, they are the one who endure the pain and face hardship or the people who hated them, make bad rumors to them, and they are the one who walks alone in the darkness for the sake of its own people to live free in the light. they dont need to be perfect, they only need the courage to lead its own fellow people
