So, unauthorized medical records would certainly serve the purposes of these perpetrators, even if HIPAA prevents loved ones from protecting their loved ones, due to these freaks misusing it like they do everything else. This was blamed on four clogged veins/arteries to/from the brain, two being 50% blocked and two allegedly being 100% blocked. His bloodshot eyes he had the last 18 months of his life, were from alleged clogged arteries, too? (Note: In his medical history, if it was illegally accessed, he had a bypass operation in his 50′s). No charges, of course.
