Your turn!!! Thomas and Nina bonding time go!!!
Nina didn't want to. Hell why did she even accepted it? Babysitting never been part of her resumé and surely she wasn't going to start now. But considering the circumstances, there was no alternative. Anna and Serena were involved in a plane crash. While they are mostly fine, they were still taken to the hospital, to which Lee and Steve rushed. The Mishimas were on the mountains and the list of unavailable people went on. Now she had a kid roaming around her living room with some toys.
Thomas was a very cute little boy. Cute as a button. Harmless as he could get. Almost angelic, really. He really reminded her of his mother when she was a kid.
Before Richard started to interfere and pushing hate between them, Anna has been a very normal kid. She would paint pretty portraits and give them to Nina as a gift. She happily, proudly called her 'big sis!' with the sweetest eyes in the world.
"Big aunt!" Thomas called as he walked towards Nina with his little chubby legs and his big blue eyes full of fear. The sounds of a storm. Lightning, thunder, heavy rain. All mixed together. "P-please... Don't let the dragon get me!" Tom hugged her legs tightly, crying softly.
"The... Dragon? Which dragon?"
"The storm dragon... He roars and throws lightnings and drowns the world in his power and..."
"Whoa, calm down. Who told you about this dragon? Was it your stupid mom?"
"No... It was a book I've read."
"A book. You can read already?" It was surprising, considering he was barely 4.
"Okay... " Nina's mind worked quickly, wired to react to bullets and bombs. "Here's what we will do... Go get the book and read it out loud to me. We will find together a way to fight the dragon."
"R-really? Yes!" Thomas immediately goes on a quest to find the book. He brings it back and sits in front of Nina, reading each word out loud. His voice shaky, but his eyes filled with determination.
At least one member of this family wasn't completely irritating.
