I've heard so many stories about me now that I don't know which one is the most popular. But I do know which is the least popular. The truth.

So, you see, that's where the trouble began. That smile. That damned smile.
Fear. It's the most basic, the most human emotion. As kids, we're afraid of everything. The dark.. The boogeyman under the bed... And we pray for morning. For the monsters to go away. Though they never do. Not really. Here's the thing about fear. It's always there. Fear of the unknown, fear of facing it alone... Fear that those closest to you are the monsters. Fear that as soon as you slay one, there's another monster waiting to take its place. Fear that there's one more boogeyman waiting at the end of the dark hall.

Our story is about a town, a small town, and the people who live in the town. From a distance, it presents itself like so many other small towns all over the world... Safe. Decent. Innocent. Get closer, though, and you start seeing the shadows underneath. The name of our town is Riverdale.
I’m not trying to be something I’m not. I know what I believe in. I know my morals and I know what I have to offer.
