I’m doing the chronological re-watch and I’v realized one important key element and that is that Thor’s biggest weakness is... glass walls. 

No seriously, in the first movie he gets knocked out by the windshield of the car Jane is driving. In Avengers he gets trapped in that glass chamber. Him and Malekith do a face plant on some glass tower in Dark World. I’m at Ultron right now so i’ll post if I see something in that movie, but i know in Ragnarok he tries breaking the glass and the ball hits him in the face. Oh and he also hits the guardians of the galaxy’s windshield in infinity war! 

Dude just can’t catch a break when it comes to glass.
