mcu avengers fandom has a really hard time writing thor, he’s either really stupid, misogynistic or constantly thirsty for a fight. this negates all of the thor films where he’s smart (capable of complex science discussions), funny, a good tactician, supportive, a team player and doesn’t want unnecessary bloodshed and unlike a lot of his superhero counterparts is actively encouraging his female colleagues endeavours and can check his ego at the door

I liked thor prior to ragnarok n cared about him but he was just another character but phase 3 aka ragnarok made him one of my top 5 favs

o same i never really clicked with him until avengers i think ? didn’t really like The Dark World i felt like they were trying to find a place for jane or something . but ragnorak for me really showed most of his capabilities and he story just fealt complete.
