tbh if my s/o did something i super wasnt into like sports, id be supportive but i wouldnt actively try and learn anything. but that's just me, i guess it depends on what type of dynamic the couple has. When im really big into something thats important to me i dont really care if someone close to me knows anything if they're supportive and not assholes.my own mom who puts on make up sometimes doesnt know what concealer is lol
hmmm yeah, i get that. make up is not for everyone, but honestly i saw some done by dudes who actually literally work as the girls’ cameramen, and some who even edit the videos for them and so on, which leads me to believe it’s either fake and plotted like that to be quirky by both of them, or it’s like the front put up by the guy..

I think it's mostly show to gain more clicks. I mean I don't expect a guy to know much about make-up, but how can they not pick up at least something if they live with a woman who spends her day with it.
yeah i think it can definitely be influenced by the idea of what the tag is meant to be - cute blubbering - and they might both think that the guy actually earnestly giving his best and knowing a lot would be enjoyable..

I did play FF9 the moment it came out! And I remember my teenage self was a bit disappointed in it after FF8 with its hot protagonist and realistic character design. FF8 was also my introduction to Final Fantasy (I didn't play FF7 until later) so I didn't have any nostalgia for the previous games which FF9 clearly pays homage to. I was annoyed about the character design and the lack of a new OTP to ship, but I've changed my mind about FF9 over the years. My adult self thinks it's a wonderful game and I really appreciated the story and the world when I replayed the remaster a couple of years ago. I also ship Zidane/Kuja and want Kuja to be fucked until he can't walk straight lol.

Haha yeah, I have that same problem. It's like I've been conditioned to get sleepy and the only time I'm 100% alert while listening to a book or a podcast is when I do it while I'm jogging.

'Doing makeup' is not what Chris envisioned for his future, but here he is.

They've been out for five weeks and so far nobody has so much as lifted their weapon, let alone pulled the trigger.

It's early November and there's already a six inch blanket of snow on the ground. Chris fucking hates New England.

Interesting! I seem to write from Tom’s POV in past-tense more often but from Chris’s POV in present-tense more often. I have no idea why I do that. Maybe I have a sense that my Tom’s are reminiscing but my Chrises are living in the moment? Idk.

Eeee! I'm so happy to hear that because it was fun to write and I always kinda felt that I wanted to explore that version of the characters and their relationship a little further, and also take them to another lovely and warm location that lets me take a mental vacation from the cold and rainy Finnish summer ;)
