One month in…on my fitness journey…up 4.6 pounds or 2.1kg for my international friends. Going to try to do better over the next month
Up another 3lbs or 1.36kg but probably not muscle since I slacked off lol now thighs are rubbing more 😅

I have a question. Have you ever wear a plug before and how big was it? Also, how long did you keep it in for? 
I haven’t actually…In the past I have considered getting one to try, but never purchased one. Maybe I should look into it more 🤔
