Coming off of that, there were also games that I didn't add because I didn't feel like I really had the right to...? Like, the Nier games are two of my all time favorites, but there is a whole franchise of games connected to Nier that I've never played and can't even remember the name of, so there is a ton of context that I simply do not have and therefore I don't think I have a right to add it to a "most impactful game" list, you know?
I also didn't want to include games that I haven't finished. So there are like a ton of FF games that I've loved but never finished, and the same can be said for literally every Rune Factory game I own. I technically never beat the Elite 4 of Platinum, but I counted that one as complete since I finished the story. I've never had a struggle with an elite 4 group the way I have with Platinum, I swear.
