the start.

i'm not entirely sure where to start. there's a beginning to something new all the time. we are always trying to start something new, forget something old and go on in life. forgotten tasks, memories or people become clutter in our brain or quite literally in our physical space. i believe that with time in this new process in life, i will be able to de-clutter and follow a pattern or structure of sorts. complete without forgetting, without getting caught up with the busy daily monotonic tasks of life. the most difficult part of any journey is initiating said journey. here's to the [sort of] beginning of my creative journey.

when one or more of the body's senses experiences over-stimulation from the environment

Thoughts drift, memories shift reality and I perceive things in layers. A consistent up and down, high and low and in-between there are moments, shapes, forms of endless spaced out nothing and everything. I find it hard to be present, to breathe consciously, to be aware of the moment I am in right now. When I do take a moment to take everything in it usually ends in a flooding of perception. Submerged in everything that is and everything that isn't.
