How does the whole getting glimpses of past lives thing work?

I'm a frequent dreamer and dream traveler. So sometimes I get flashes of them in dreams. I can tell the difference because I feel "heavier", if that makes any sense. I don't feel as much gravity in dreams as I do in waking life.

My mother also used to tell me about running into me in past lives.

So, if the question is how others can also catch glimpses, I don't know. I know that there are some meditations and divination that can be done, but my experience with those items are minimal at the moment.

apparently if you consume a truly ridiculous amount of tea for a large number of years, you can develop skeletal fluorosis because you're consuming too much fluoride.
