Today was one of the best days I've ever had, and it's because we were together, celebrating us. We did a lot today, shared a lotta special moments. I think my favorite moment from today was when we were lying together in the field...and for a second, everything else just started to fade away until it was just you and me. Your heart and mine conversing deeply. In that moment, I was no longer in any pain. It was a tender bliss...but it was gone almost as quickly as it came, and the pain returned in an instant. Even still, I couldn't help but smile when you grabbed my hand and started singing to me. We held hands for so long. I wish it would've lasted longer...
