If you don’t understand the joke, read more: 

6! is the math sign for 6 factorial which is 6 multiplied by 5 multiplied by 4 multiplied by 3 multiplied by 2  multiplied by 1. Which equals 720. 

So the second line, I want to kiss you 6! times is way BETTER than the first line because it equals I want to kiss you 720 times. 

Yeah, okay, not laugh out loud funny, but it’s a nerdy joke. I’m just glad that science jokes exist at all. And they’re not dirty, not mean to anyone, just a little bit funny. Be happy!
