Yea, it worked out pretty well. Usually I get anxious when I’m not sure what I’m thinking so just working through it slowly helps me. Thank you so much!
There's this website called "the thoughts room" that you might wanna check out. It plays calming music and you can type out what's upsetting you and then as you type the words sorta float away. I have always found it very helpful when I'm anxious or upset about something. Hope that helps some!

Feeling stressed?
There's a group called the quiet place project (you've probably already heard of it) that has pages for if you're feeling down or stressed. There's a
quiet place (basically a 90 second relaxation exercise)
thoughts room (for if you need to vent your thoughts somewhere)
dawn room (for if you're feeling down and need encouragement)
and a comfort spot (where you can anonymously talk about your problems and get help from other people in similar situations)
So if you're feeling down, or stressed, or like you can't organise your thoughts, or angry, or if you just want to talk to someone without judgement, these sites might help.
