Does anyone else have thoughts that think?

I like in a way where your internal narration is a person saying your thoughts and they just....stop moving there mouths but a little lower you hear THEIR thoughts, I've only gone in like 3 layers but the third one is really nice bit hase broken English. Stuff like "member to water and I luv you".

I'd like to know if others do this and if there's something wrong with my poopy bum brain
