things i stopped doing that made me prettier
not gonna lie - most of my glow up came from what I stopped doing. sometimes subtracting is better than adding.
over-exfoliating my skin i used to scrub my face like i was sanding wood. now? chemical exfoliants 2-3x a week MAX. my texture literally vanished.
touching my face constantly no picking. no popping. no leaning on my hand when i’m bored. my acne cleared up so much once i kept my hands off.
falling for every tiktok product not everything trending works for my skin. i stick to basics that are actually backed by science.
skipping water & sleep hydration and sleep are free glow-up tools. my skin looks bouncy when i give it what it needs.
neglecting my posture bad posture adds years. shoulders back, chin up, core engaged gives u so much more elegance.
comparing myself to every girl online comparison kills confidence. my glow-up started when I focused on being the best version of ME, not someone else.
overdoing heat on my hair less straightening. more protective styles. took care of all of my hair breakage.
using 1,000 harsh acne products at once i simplified my routine. less irritation = calmer, clearer skin
neglecting my scalp health healthy scalp = shiny hair. weekly scalp scrubs + oiling changed my hair game.
speaking negatively about myself the prettiest thing is confidence. don’t tear urself down out loud or in ur head.
sometimes being "prettier" is just being kinder to yourself.
