That one scene where Jimmy is sitting in a rocking chair in the staff's dining room reading the paper and when Thomas walks in, he immediately stands up and Thomas sits down in his place. And then Jimmy fetches another chair and sits right next to him. Neither of them really even look at each other or exchange any words, it just happens naturally while Thomas enters the conversation with the others. I think about that couple of seconds a lot.
