Um....this might be controversial but your weight does define how healthy you are. If you're overweight or obese you should lose weight and cut down on cholesterol so you don't die of a heart attack. It's not a measurement of beauty or self worth but it is definitely a definition of health. If your weight is too low, it's not healthy either---your body won't be able to properly function. It has nothing to do with 'body shaming' or how good you look but rather how healthy you are. You don't need to diet, you just need to exercise regularly and eat healthy---that doesn't mean starve yourself or consume large amounts of food to gain weight. You can be stunning and have self confidence (everyone should) but don't neglect the truth in the fact that obesity and overweight/underweight means you are unhealthy. Medical conditions aside, everyone CAN and SHOULD strive to be healthier.
