Ramblings...
I used to have this suitcase, it was filled with all the colours of the world... I would take it everywhere I went and when the days were dark I'd open it up and share the beauty of all the colours as they danced to their own songs... One day as the sun beamed down and dreamy thoughts sent me into a drifting sleep, a thief came upon my case and took all the colours away... The world, upon awakening, was dark and cold. All the colours were far far away locked in a selfish place... Days and weeks went by and without my suitcase to share with the world I found fear in the thought of others, conscious of my lacking, refuge was found only when alone... So I gained some courage and set forth on my journey to find where my colours were hidden. It was a tale of many adventures, of peril and losing myself only to find joy in others and learning to let go... As I came upon the end of my journey, I realized the world was looking brighter! I opened my heart, looked inside and found the warmth of all the colours as they danced away... Smiling happily I realized nothing of worth is ever lost or taken from us, it is merely hidden away waiting for the day we are ready to shine the world our true colours, in all our beauty blazing forward we go: )
