This morning, I asked the cards "How can I be compassionate towards myself?" I drew thr 6 of Swords, the 8 of Swords and the 10 of Cups from The Oak Ash and Thorn Tarot. 🌟 The 6 of Swords shows me a family of Crows. They are perched on a rock, looking at the sub as it clears away the clouds. One of them flies high into the air. There is a shift in this card. It symbolizes moving on from difficulty and really letting go of how I used to think of myself. I need to change the way I perceive myself and let go of past thoughts. 🌟 The 8 of Swords shows a Crow who is blindfolded. It stands tied up and surrounded by Swords with no way out...but is that true? Sometimes, we work so hard at convincing ourselves that something is true that we are blind to the truth and we have built a prison around ourselves rather than let the world in. I have to take off the blindfold and walk away from the thoughts that I'm not worthy of self compassion. I need to break free. 🌟 The 10 of Cups shows me a family of Squirrels gathered on a branch underneath a crop of acorns and looking at the gorgeous sun. After a dark time, I feel as if I can finally see the light. There is compassion and love here and I am working my way towards it, almost as if I have been climbing a tree so that I can see the sun through the branches. I will breathe in the light. 🌟 I love the progression of thr journey represented by these cards. I will let go of negative thoughts so that I can sparkle on. 🌟 #tarotreadersofinstagram #tarottribe #oakashandthorn #mindovermatter #thoughtsholdpower #letitgo #compassion #selfworth #selflove #sparkleon #shinebright #likeadiamond #cardoftheday https://www.instagram.com/p/CMzIzd-nGkb/?igshid=1c2xwhdus4ypm
