Today is a very, very good day. I have finally, finally finished this stool project. I am not a fast knitter, and I quickly discovered that this project had a much larger scope than originally intended. I’m really proud of myself for pushing through and not getting too discouraged (although definitely there were several long hiatuses in there as I grappled with the sheer amount of work it became.) I love this project, I definitely will cherish it, and I absolutely won’t be doing it again. Thank you to everyone who listened to me complain about it over the last year and nine months.
