Really I am a nice person, but this year I have cut ties with people who have been two-faced and just bad energy. The kind that want you to fail behind your back while smiling at your face. The kind that make you think you aren't worthy. Letting go and not looking back. It had to be a burned bridge and that is ok. Spirtually I am stronger as I pray for them. Mentally I have more clarity. Physically weight has been dropping off because of less stress. Light shines in darkness even when it is a bridge burning.

I have to brag for a second. I actually made a baking recipe right!!!! Thank you to @bronc787 for the recipe. Bananas, oats, semi-sweet chocolate chips, unsweetened coconut, and cinnamon. Healthy and easy. If I can do it, you can!!!

I got this Chocolove XOXOXO Toffee & Almond in Milk Chocolate Bar from Kroger today. 33% cocoa content, Belgium pure cain sugar. It's a much healthier and tastier alternative to a Snickers. I am willing to say theme taste beats Dove chocolate too. There is even a poem about love in the wrapper. So awesome. #chocolove

30.3 to be exact. Next up is 40!!! I used to have a fruit smoothie for breakfast but changed that to the afternoon. Maybe it is just me, but walking in the late afternoon or evening helps me more than walking in the morning. Or after earing something heavier. #40lbshereicome
