Honestly, Tougou didn’t know what he was thinking. He’d tried his best to go out of his way to pickpocket one of the pouches from the person before him, but with how still they were, he didn’t expect them to turn around or react. Their stature seemed threatening as is, but their hunched over position definitely caused Tougou to take a step back. He would run away, but even now they had a grip on the wrist that tried to steal from them, so he really couldn’t do much else but stand there as they turned to face him, panic settling into his mind.
