Hey uhhhh so I’m no longer rly ~~into~~ competitive strength sports due to time, money, health (mental and #thpinal) and just the generalized atmosphere of virulent homophobia and racism that I’ve encountered around them but I did a mock meet in the gym last night in about two hours and it was #güd I’ve been squatting beltless so I just did that and hit 120(.5) kilos which is about 265#, about a 15# beltless PR for me I BENCHED 200#!!!!!!!!!!! It’s obviously not paused and I look like a spherical kaleidoscope but i don’t care because I benched 200#. Finally I deadlifted 345#!!!! My first 1RM deadlift PR in about two years. I left in the part where I almost died after.
