Since pulling together the Rising, Lily had gotten better at delegating these days. She was particularly good when it came to handing out missions that needed to be done in parts, and this was absolutely one of them. For them to get Alastor and Suri out of Azkaban, it was going to take the whole damn village and then some, and Lily was prepared to do whatever necessary to make it happen. She and Emma were to ensure that their release and reinstatement went as smoothly as possible, and that everything on the legal side was handled accordingly. Once they were both in her office, Lily shut the door carefully before turning to her.
“Right, we’ve got a day ahead of us, but we need to make sure that nothing stops us from getting Alastor and Suri out of that hellhole legally and reinstated with the department. They’ve already got the support of the other aurors, so we can play on that if we need to,” she reminded, “we have to go to the top to make sure that this works.”
