Since Noctis hadn’t sounded very good on the phone during their brief conversation, Prompto had swiftly decided he was coming over. He didn’t know what happened, or whether Noctis even wanted company, but he wanted to at least offer his presence, so Prompto packed his bag, making sure he got his phone and his beloved camera, and then left the house quickly.
The heat outside hit him in the face when he traded that in for the cool air-condition from inside. But he didn’t mind the heat, the sunny weather and the fact that it stayed bright for so long until late at night made Prompto feel like he could achieve even more during a day.
He reached the entrance door to the house where the apartment was located in and pressed on the doorbell button downstairs, hoping that either Noctis, or Ignis if he was with him, would open the door so that he can enter. Maybe he should have called Noctis first to tell him he’s on the way...?
