Recently I thrifted a vintage tin and now use it for keeping my floss.

It was quite rusty so I tried to remove it first and then paint it to block the rusty sides. After I also put the fabric gluing it onto the box inside.

I also used a bit of acryl paint to refresh the look, and secured it with varnish.

It happened like this, I've bought a pretty old-fashioned nightgown and came up with idea to decorate it a bit. I chose lavender flowers and made a tiny embroidery on the back of it, then I replaced old buttons with new ones in the same lavender flowers colour. I used thread floss and plastic beads.
