The Soldiers Return

Walking into Erzsebet’s after being away for a month felt oddly comforting to Ben. Almost like he was coming home, rather than just to work. The over all confidence and comfort he felt while he walked through, saying hellos to familiar faces slowly faded as he closed in on Bella’s office door. Bellamy Barnes, was nothing more than Ben’s boss, or so he had tried to convince himself for so long. But his feelings for her were anything but professional, and that somehow managed to get past his hard exterior when he admitted he had been the one sending her gifts at the Halloween party.  Conversation had changed swiftly after that, and the next time the two spoke Ben was telling her he needed some time off. One of his old military friends from the Nightwalker Program was in a bad place and they needed Ben. He was nervous to see where he and the blonde stood now. He’d managed to half convince himself he wouldn’t have a job after today. Although he hoped he was wrong. Erzsebet’s was his family, and he’d do anything to protect his family. He didn’t need to work for money, but he enjoys what he does. His hand rose as his feet came to a still in front of her door. He paused for a moment before delivering two quick, sharp knocks on the door. He was rather confident she’d know who was on the other side without him saying anything, so he waited patiently for a response. Trying not to over think too much as he adjusted his tie.

Voldemort had asked Bella to go dancing with him. He didn’t really know how to dance, but he was excited to go somewhere with Bella. He knocked on her door. “Bella are you ready?” He was eager to see her. He knew she’d look perfect.

As much as DJ loved his twin girls, they were also incredibly exhausting, "Getting fucking old," he grumbled under his breath. Thankfully Zel and his friendgirl, as Alexa had dubbed her, had taken over for him. Plopping into a seat next to Bella he held out a drink to them, "Dahlia ain't driving ya crazy with wedding planning is she? Can reel her back in if you need me to," he said taking a sip of his beer.

Jane felt the feeling of hatred rise inside of them as soon as they came face to face with Bella. They had hoped if they found someone in their world it would be Alec or Aro. They missed them. They hated Bella more than anything. But they didn’t allow themselves to react. Instead, they spoke as if they were bored, not showing any hint of how they really feel. “Ah Bella. How wonderful to see you.”

Voldemort was excited to share the news of the opportunity that had just fallen into his lap. He knew his and Bella’s place was safe, so he went around and looked for her. He smiled when he finally saw her. “Bella? I have some really important information to tell you! You’re gonna love this!”

Voldemort was sitting in the living room when he felt hungry. He looked around for Bellatrix. When he found her he smiled. “Hi! I’m starving. Want me to order us some food? Anywhere you want it from.”

Voldemort was definitely not liking the fact he didn’t have his powers. It scared him knowing he didn’t have the magic to rely on. He walked to where Bella was. “Hey! Is everything okay with you? My magic isn’t working, but I can manipulate water for some reason.”
