 ‘ well,  this seems awfully unfair ! ’ dottie scoffed,  looking out at the chaos around her.  usually,   dottie enjoyed a little chaos,   especially if it was at her hands,  but this was not one of those times.  for when it came to super-powers,  dottie underwood was not a fan.   let the record state,  it wasn’t because she was afraid of them ( she was not afraid of anything )  she was simply unamused  &  planned on letting anyone who would listen know it !   ‘ do you know hard enough trying to make an  honest  living as a woman in the modern world ?  now i have to compete with people who can fly  &  move things with their minds. ’  naturally,  dottie’s interpretation of an honest living differed to most people’s,   ‘ no wonder people resort to crime these days,  there’s just no opportunities out there for a skilled girl like me. ’

Event Starter for @rainbowmuses​ (Obi Wan x Satine)

Satine’s shower head had been annoying her for a few weeks. Horrible water pressure and she hadn’t been able to get someone out to fix it. Yet somehow in her frustration during her shower she managed to fix it. Just like that. Without any prior knowledge. Just fixed it. She texted Obi Wan immediately. “Thank you for coming so quickly... I was just able to do something that well someone like me should never be able to do.” Maybe Obi Wan could with the force and she was starting to hear voices in her head. Which was really starting to get overwhelming... “And... something else... I can hear people’s thoughts.” Her eyes wide with worry. “It’s not the force right?”

Uma was extremely confused about this place. She was starting to realize this place wasn’t what it seemed to be. She knew there was one guy that would help her understand. She ran to find Harry. Once she found him she hugged him. “What is going on in this place? I woke up and had an out of body experience. Or what it seemed like.”

stepping out of a nearby shadow, allana tapped the other girl on the shoulder with a giggle. “boo!” she was having far too much fun with the new abilities she’d seemingly gained, though being cut off from the force was incredibly odd and disorienting. this was a decent substitute, though. she could still keep watch on her family, and with the added benefit of quick travel.

"What counts as too big of a miracle to be a small miracle?” Orpheus murmurs aloud. Making sure all the ducks in the pond at the park get fed, is that too big? Or will whatever magic he has now short-out after only assisting half of the ducks? Maybe he should find a smaller pond... or he could just feed them by hand, he supposes. But it seems like if he can do it with magic, he should at least try...

“i spent almost all my life running from magic and now it seems i have a form of it,” killian could almost laugh at the irony behind it all. “i can see the benefits of being able to summon the things i need without having to get up to walk and get them though,” killian shrugged. still, he wasn’t sure he trusted himself with any form of magic.
