Candy Crash // King Candy and Iago

“ EXXXCUUUSEEE ME” the Candy King screeched, listening to this glitch of a bird order him around like it was nothing. As he spoke, the occasional whoosh from a passing car could be heard in the distance. Luckily for him, Candy was off the usual racing road, as he was banned from it ever since the…accident…. Candy didn’t like to think of it much. This meant me was away from anyone, no disturbances. Lovely. “ You have caused QUITE the trouble, buster!” Candy said in a grisly tone. As his temper rose, so did his tendency to glitch. On certain words of his phrase, his King Candy body would glitch for only a second into Turbo, or his Bug Form. He didn’t quite have control over that yet. Not so Turbo tactic. “ You… You have completely ruined my drive, a visit to the fungeon is in order.” Candy got his composure back and got back in the car, bird-thing still grasped tightly. “ We’re going on an adventure buster…”
“A FUNGEON? AN ADVENTURE!? Who do'ya think you are, pal!? I ain't goin' nowhere!” Appalled, Iago kicked roughly at the horrible little man, but the parrot stubby little legs couldn't reach him. “I'm pals with the princess, so you better back off or she'll let you have it, short stuff!” However, between kicks, he couldn't help noticing the man changing – morphing into something else, something weird, and then back into himself in a fraction of a second, almost like it hadn't really happened. Iago slowed his struggle, raising a bushy black eyebrow at his captor.
Maybe he was still dazed from the crash – that weirdo body-morphing wasn't normal, was it? Slowly, despite imminent danger, the parrot crossed his feathered arms over his chest, looking at the man incredulously as he was hauled off by the neck into his driving kart.
“Hey, chump... Do you got a skin condition or somethin'? You're turnin' into stuff like a real freak.” Or like a Genie, maybe, but Iago had never seen anyone else change appearances so rapidly, or so pointlessly.
