tanner decided to try somewhere new. the new place just so happened to be bob & ringo’s. it was on his way home and the place had caught his eye a couple of times. he step inside, his hands in his pockets and his eyes running over the place curiously. he always scanned a place before he walked in all the way out of habit. it wasn’t that he thought he’d back out of giving it a try but it was mostly to just really take in his surroundings. he made his way over to the bar and took a seat before offering the bartender a smile. she was pretty and she was probably one of the first things inside the building that he noticed. he gave her a short nod, “hey,” he paused, clearing his throat. “do you think i could get a jack and coke, please?” if there was one thing tanner was, it was polite.
