Where the Wild things Lived
My muse has been living alone in the forest for quite awhile. Has forgotten a good bit of English and every day social skills. But he's remained ever intelligent and has been surviving on his own just fine for years. You muse has found him and had decided to take him in. || Open to all!
Alex panted, on top the tree and looking down. Spooked. He didn't initially recognize what made the sound and didn't think it could be a human. People rarely came around this area. It was deep within the forest in a hard to reach place. It was his territory. It was silent for awhile as he looked down from his perch on the branch. Alex made a scared and surprised noise as he quickly get to trying to set himself free, unwittingly making his situation worse as he struggled against the trap.
The person approaching made it worse, fear clouding his face before he lunged. Only getting a step further before the trap held him back. Forcing him to stay in place. The young boy set a defensive stance, fully looking like a cornered animal as the person kept approaching. Slowly, and letting him keep an eye on them, but ultimately setting him on edge and frightening him. "Stay away from me." The growl helped conceal the disuse in his voice. It hurt to speak...
