“I can’t believe we only have like one more big Gallagher event after this,” Lou mused with a sigh before downing the rest of her drink. The fact that her time at the school was quickly coming to an end was something sh wanted to forget for now. “There’s no way the CIA throws parties like this.”

“Cori!” Lou banged on the door of her friend’s Airbnb. She may have already enjoyed a few pre-game shots at Dimitri’s being getting in the Uber. It wasn’t going to be a fun girls night out if she didn’t have a good buzz going before they even got to the bars. “Hurry the fuck up and open the door!”

There was a sour mood amongst her friends and Lou wasn’t into it. Her, Bash, Rowan, Cori....it was like some sort of lonely hearts virus was going around Gallagher and Lou wouldn’t have it. This was her senior year, it was supposed to be fun! And while there were many things that she was good at, distracting from feelings was one of them. “Okay!” she exclaimed as she practically slammed her textbook shut and she got more than one glare from others in the library. “Let’s get out of here. I’m bored and this assignment can wait.”

“Is that a goddess I see before me?” Lou exclaimed as she approached a golden Cori. A few drinks in meant that she was especially affectionate to her friend, especially the one who had given her the diamond bracelet that she was currently wearing. But really, Cori was giving off some real Hera, queen of Olympus vibes. “You look stunning babe!”

“There you are!” Lou called out when she saw Cori, a bright smile on her lips when she saw her friend. While she was of course happy to see her, maybe the pre-game she had earlier and the champagne that was now buzzing through her system made her extra-happy. “You look hot as fuck!” It made Lou a little jealous that she hadn’t gone with the jumpsuit look. “Please tell me you’ve made at least one man cry because of how hot you look.”
