castle of glass
Aaron lived for this woman. There was not one thing he wouldn’t do for her, and that was a fact. He loved her with his heart and soul, and being a dragon that love meant a lot. She may seem cruel at times but it didn’t matter. He had a purpose in this world with her. Whether it was to transform into his dragon form to pillage some town she wanted, or kidnap the princes, or get her something to eat. No matter what it was she wanted, he was loyal to her. As a dragon, as a man, as her servant. Their relationship had been unusual from the start, but it was the only one he ever knew. He never knew about his true dragon form until one night and when she had found out she claimed him as her own. Aaron had had a rough life as a peasant, never knowing what his purpose in life was until then. She gave him a purpose and he was forever debited to her. His love towards her may have never been reciprocated as fully as any other couple would but she was the queen, she could do what she wanted and he respected her for that. He was fine being whatever to her as long as he was at her side. He sighed, looking out the window of his room in the castle. It was small, had a bed, wardrobe, tub and toilet. However it had a large balcony for him when he was in his dragon form. He did not sleep with Lydia in her room unless requested. Many, possibly including Lydia, viewed Aaron as her slave and pet but he hoped to believe he was a little more than that. Getting out of bed he dressed himself and made his way to her chambers, standing outside the door while he waited for her to either call him in with orders for him to carry out or until she exited the room to do so.
