Sleepless
for @judemathisaselia, continued from here
“You’re not being bad company right now, Jude, it’s okay. I’m just worried that you’re not getting enough sleep.” Alvin frowned, looking down at the teen. He knew the other had problems sleeping when he was distracted by his research, which tended to happen when Alvin wasn’t at home. The ex-mercenary tried to call him every night to make sure he was getting to bed at a decent time, but he wasn’t always able to.
“Why don’t you go get the comforter and some pillows and come sleep next to me on the couch for a little while? I’ll even pet your head until you fall asleep.”Alvin smiled slightly.
