The Neon Drifters and the Cactus Cats were supposed to be close, or at least working together, though it was rare Matevos dealt with much outside of what he did for the Cats. He wasn't important enough, and he kind of liked it that way. He could still do his work at the Animal Hospital, and not be connected too obviously with crime. Though he didn't mind crime, he also loved animals. It was hard to do what one loved.
He decided to joke around now, though. He blamed the alcohol.
"Psst. I need a getaway car!" he said to someone he knew was a member of the Drifters, though he had no idea as what.
