Legs moved with EXCITEMENT, bounding through division barracks and darting around hallway corners. Newly appointed Captain was to join spaciously empty barracks and he wanted to be the first to welcome him or her. Lieutenant badge was clipped around his shoulder, glimmering as if freshly polished (for it was). He would come crashing through the hall, quick foot work catching and preventing impending fall just short of closed office doors. A loud knock would echo as hand withdrew to his side, features lit with LIFE.
