Sean looked at her and tried to sit up. “I’m fine,” he smiled, looking at her and frowning, reaching up to touch her hair.
"Hey, have you always had red hair?" he asked, "I mean, that clearly makes us ginger buddies."

Hospital was boring, Sean decided after half a day of sitting in bed looking around at white walls and watching nurses go past. He wasn’t well, which was obvious, but the worst part was that his voice has almost gone. When he tried to talk to anyone, his voice came out in a rasp, and he admitted to trying to use his supersonic scream without much success.
Hearing footsteps approach he looked up, smiling slightly. He was grateful for any contact with other people, even if it was just a fleeting visit from nurses or doctors. When he saw an actual visitor he grinned.
"Cole, hello," he rasped.

Sean looked at his wrist to see the timer on his wrist counting down, as it had been steadily for his entire life. However, now the timer was five minutes from getting to 00:00:00.
He tried to calm himself as he sat down with a coffee and studied his books the best he could, but how was he supposed to study when he was so close to meeting his soulmate. Looking at the book he frowned before shaking his head and dropping it onto the book, opting to watch his wrist instead. 00:02:27
After two minutes he started to look up just as frequently as he looked at his wrist. The timer counted down to 00:00:05 and he didn’t even see anyone approaching.
He sighed, standing up with his book and walking to the door, straight into someone. The impact nearly winded him.

Sean grinned as he got up to try and sneak down to get a midnight snack. He didn’t want to turn the lights on and wake everyone up, so he tripped over something on the floor and fell into a door. Well, whoever was in that room was awake now.

Sean smiled at the other woman. Fellow gingers were pretty good in his opinion. I mean, what were the odds of them getting together, he thought, but then he thought of Hank trying to tell him how to do simple math and he rolled his eyes slightly, sidling up to the woman with a tiny smirk and he kissed her shoulder before standing next to her.
"So… why are you at the aquarium?”
