this actually took so long because it is the FIRST drawing i've made that has more than 2 characters + an actual background 😭😭 why are backgrounds unnecessarily hard oof.

SOO i picked ✨the masquerade scene✨ from the method and the madness because i utterly adore masked parties hosted by rich people and really wanted to try my hand at visualizing their outfits lol. THE MASKS WERE SO FUN TO DRAW!! i sort of took my own personal spin on their masks + outfits, and took the liberty of including my silly little mc(with a totally custom mask- ejeje). i mayyy have taken the lighting a bit overboard buuut 👉👈 t'was fun what can i say. p.s cannot wait for more padma,, hot prosecutor women o hell yea 🤤🤤

Fan Art Contest Announcement

Hi everyone!

As mentioned in my March status post, I’m hosting a fan art contest to celebrate 1k followers while I’m caught up with the house move. I’d love to see how you visualize scenes from The Method and The Madness or Good Company!

THE PRIZE:

US$50 for the winning entry (via Ko-fi or PayPal)

I will also add a $20 runner-up prize if I receive more than 20 entries!

ALL entries will be reblogged

If I want to use your art beyond the contest (promotional materials, etc.), I’ll pay a commission fee separately

THE RULES:

Draw ANY scene from either The Method and the Madness or Good Company. Your choice!

Rating: PG-13 max (romance and tension welcome, nothing explicit)

Any style and format (black & white, full color) but make sure it's large enough (300dpi)

Can feature your MC, romance routes, or any characters/moments that resonated with you

One entry per artist

Must be your original work (no AI generation, no tracing)

By submitting, you confirm you retain full rights to your artwork

HOW TO ENTER:

Post your artwork on Tumblr and tag me (@threadbare-stories-if)

Use the tag #ThreadbareStoriesIFArtContest so I can find it easily

Include a brief note about which story and what scene you chose (optional but I’d love to know!)
